WBA Property Development Ltd. has been established as a subsidiary company of World Business Association Ltd., which successfully operates on the financial-economic and tax consulting market.

Thanks to a strong background of World Business Association and an experienced team in the field of investment construction, a company has been set up to successfully implement challenging investment plans in the field of construction, real estate and valuation of real estate properties.

Company focuses on the field of real estate development, which is marked by a relatively fast growth in the new member countries of EU, in Central and Eastern Europe. The projects of the company are situated mostly in Bratislava, but we execute projects in other parts of Slovakia as well. In a mid-term horizon, after stabilizing our project portfolio, we plan projects in investment-attractive locations in the new member countries of EU.

We are aware of each project being specific by its plan, location and implementation conditions. Therefore we strongly emphasize the selection of our co-workers and suppliers, what enables us to steadily reach a high quality of our services.

Not only we are able to prepare the administrative and technical site of the projects, but we are also able to implement these until the successful delivery to the final customer. Our sister company Company Estate can then provide complex services related to the management and operation of real estate properties.

  • selection and preparation of desirable localities and areas
  • preparation of projects and investment plan of the investor
  • project management, engineering, construction management, consultancy
WBA Property Development company acts based on mandate contracts and project management contracts also on behalf of other subsidiary companies of individual investors, which are special purpose vehicles for development and implementation of projects (SPV).

We also offer a possibility to valuate capital in our investment projects in a form of contribution to the project companies.
