Apartment building “Sulekova 4”
Apartment project “Sulekova 4” is situated on Sulekova street in Palisady town district of Bratislava, opposite the administration complex Diplomat. The subject-matter of the project is a reconstruction of the ground-floor apartment, a complete rebuilding of the loft and restoration of the common space. The reconstruction of the loft will yield apartments of a higher standard. As a part of the restoration of the common space a new elevator will be built in, what will significantly increase the quality of standard of living and comfort of its residents. The original historical object and the original architecture will stay preserved even after the reconstruction of the exterior. The landscaping of surrounding will yield new parking lots combined with greenery, which is often absent in this lucrative town district of Bratislava.
