 Nova NitraThe project “Nova Nitra” is situated in the center of the town of Nitra. The project is about former industrial premises of Corgon Brewery (Heineken) with the area of 4.87 ha. The premises have been formerly used for storage, production and administrative purposes. Company WBA Property Development Ltd. has prepared a unique project of regeneration of the brewery to utilize the existing area for the purpose of creating a new multi-functional city center with office space, civic amenities, hotel with a congress center and last but not least an exclusive modern housing. Building the sport-relaxation premises is also not precluded.
