 Holiday resort „Kamenné more“The project aims at building separate recreational houses nearby a nature reserve Kamenne More, situated above the village of Vyhne. All lands under scrutiny have a clear title. The first stage of the project - supply networks - already has a clear characteristics. A valid planning permit has been issued and the project for building permit has been completed. The proposed appearance of the buildings nicely complements the hilly landscape and arises in the original architecture of Stiavnicky region. Natural materials used for construction will emphasize the relationship with nature and the surroundings.             The locality has been prepared in a way to suit all involved parties. After the planning permit has been issued and the sales preparation of plotted lands with houses has been finished, the project has been accomplished from developer’s side. The project was sold as a whole to an investor, who will continue the proposed concept and will build recreational houses with new infrastructure for the final customers.The project has fulfilled the environmental requirements and will provide opportunities to rest and relax in magnificent and quiet surroundings of Stiavnicke hills.
