 SeniorvilleSeniorville is a network of private facilities for senior citizens, which brings a higher standard of social services to Slovakia. It offers a quality social and health care to people in retirement age, by means of a professional personnel, who take into account their needs and wants. The first newly built facility is situated in the village of Jablonove, in Malacky county, in pleasant surroundings of Little Carpathian mountains, only 20 minutes driving from Bratislava. Current employees of WBA Property Development Ltd. have also participated in the implementation of this first facility. At this moment, there is a new development prepared, which will in period 2007-2009 extend Seniorville Jablonove I. by another building – Seniorville Jablonove II. – with capacity of 22 single-bed rooms. As the investor’s intention is to gradually expand also to other parts of Slovakia, the mission of WBA Property Development is to prepare the individual locations up to the turn-key realization of the individual homes.
